What is your question?
Changed radiator coolant, Checked for air pockets. Flushed heater core. It seemed there was a hot heater hose in but colder on the other side. The parts store tells me there is no Heater Control Valve on this car. I don't know and haven't check about blend door actuator. Any and all ideas are more than welcome. The car in the past was located in Florida if this helps.

After engine reaches operating temperature - BOTH heater hoses should be HOT! Considering the year model and lack of heater exercise while it lived in Florida - suspect heater core is still restricted. Also ensure engine temperature is sufficient - thermostat is working properly.
I use air pressure along with water to flush the heater cores - from a rather odd but similar set up I have at the shop - it works very well..
