Cigarette Lighter doesn't work. If it's a fuse, could you tell me what number ??

the fuse should be tested first..the fuse location is listed in your owners manual..
buy a test light,around $5.00..then test every fuse..you can test every fuse on your car in less than five minutes,maybe 3 minutes.also,on E-bay>>>1996 Ford Escort Owner's Manual(used>US $9.95,free shipping)>>eBay item number:181785019033..good luck
