Cooling fan stopped working unless wired strait to batteries and air conditioner not working well

It's possible the coolant temperature *sensor* isn't sending the computer correct readings so it will allow radiator fan operation .. Keep in mind sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes for the cooling fan to turn on due to *engine temperature*.. Turning on A/C should also turn on cooling fan - after a few seconds of operation. These are just some of the possibilities that we can suggest online .. Ultimately - this will require *hands-on* testing by qualified personnel - with the proper testing equipment and a troubleshooting flow chart to use as a guide.
