2.5L L4 serpentine belt not fitting like the diagram

12 Ford Escape with 2.5L L4 gas only engine serpentine belt won’t fit back on. Following the diagram and between the idler pulley at the top of engine and the stretch to the previous pulley running counter clockwise the back of the belts rubbing on the bottom of the motor mount. Also the belt will not make the stretch to the last pulley. Please help. It came off. So it should go back on. Have pictures and diagrams. Need help ASAP Update: got belt back on. But it’s skipping center idler pulley. And fits perfect. So wrong size belt. But still hitting motor mount. Need more help.
