The radiator cooling fan will not shut off.

Try this test : While the engine is *COLD* - make sure coolant level is FULL - - and ALL of the heater and a/c controls are turned to the 'OFF' position .. Start engine and let it run ... Does the radiator fan turn on immediately? Post test results for more information.
