replacing a 2.3L 4 cylinder engine with a 3.01L V-6 cylinder engine.

It will be beyond all reasonable labor to do the engine swap! .. The electronics aren't compatible .. ALL wiring and control modules will have to be swapped as well and that alone is a major undertaking! .. Just trying to save you all that trouble! ..... Even IF the transfer is completed, there is usually some sort of gremlin that seems to haunt the vehicle afterwards... However it is doable but be forewarned it's a royal pain in the _ _ _ Just saying...
