Misfire on cylinder 1, replaced. Still misfire on 1. Tested using a diff coil

What is your question?

even different working coil does not work on cylinder 1. Can the computer cause this? Is it in the wiring? When using a tester all cylinders/coils wires light flashes green except cylinder 1, light remains on even when vehicle is turned off/on. Help?
