broken nipple on upper radiator

What is your question?

overheated and found the plastic nipple on upper radiator was broken off (hose that goes to coolant reservoir). I need to find what size pipe tap i need to thread into the radiator as i plan on buying a fitting to screw into that spot and seal with JB Weld.
