It isn't making any noises or smoking. My coolant is no longer leaking but if I drive for any amount of time it reads hot on my dashboard
How long has your 2003 Ford Escape had this problem?

You should have it checked out. Maybe an air restriction at radiator, or t-stat not opening fully opening..
