Check the Generic Electronic Module (GEM) for and DTCs. Depending on the trim level and if has factory of aftermarket alarm such as a Viper, many auto lock the doors after time or when vehicle starts to move and is normal. Could have a problem that could cause them to lock in addition to that. Scan all modules for fault codes.
