What is your question?
I have a 2001 Ford Escape. Whenever I reach about 25mph I feel a vibration through that feels like it's coming from the drivers side front tire. The vibration is constant up until I reach about 35mph. Then It becomes much less frequent. There's no noticeable vibration coming from the steering wheel. It passed inspection yesterday.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's the worse between 25-35mph.
How long has your 2001 Ford Escape had this problem?
A few weeks

Very difficult to determine here online. - recommend having experienced mechanic test drive.
Agreed with first hand inspection -- but GENERALLY SPEAKING -- a lower speed vibration is usually wheel or tire related, such as a bent wheel or a steel belt problem in a tire. This can also be an axle vibration in some cases. A good hands on inspection will help.
