Replaced all clutch parts truck pop out gear while driving Clutch/ transmission

Replaced the clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch kit and flywheel Put truck on interstate now truck popping out of gear.

What makes this problem better or worse?

increase speed to change out gear
