I have 60,000 miles on the Edge. Air conditioner is working fine. I literally turned on the heat today when I noticed it would only blow out cold air.

Is it hard to fix the blend door actuator and where are they located? Please help
some are behind the dash.check the coolant level FIRST! this may have warranty on it if it's a blend door bad.?

first check the coolant level,must be full! if it is,then most likely it's a blend door actuator or the door itself. common problem on these vehicles.
