I put new ignition coils in and spark plugs and my rpm is jumping up and down

I have Ford edge 2010 and replace ignition coils and sparks plugs and o2 sensor and now rpm gauge is jumping up and down like it's not getting enough power when I push on the gas it spitting and hesitation what else could be wrong help no noises or leaks
