Changed condenser and compressor then had to change cooling fan,master cylinder and brake booster. We have brakes when car is off but not when we turn it on. Can anyone give me a idea?
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, when you say "no brakes", do you mean that the brake pedal goes to the floor? Or, is the brake pedal stiff? Help describe more of what is happening.
AIR is trapped in brake system - suspect improper bench bleeding of master cylinder prior to installation. The reason it SEEMS brake pedal is firm with engine off is the booster is not providing any assistance while depressing pedal.. IF you push hard enough - the pedal will travel the same - - that IS what’s happening!
No problem with brakes prior to parts replacement - right? Got to get ALL that AIR out!
