it does not do it all the time, but its doing this more often its getting to be like 50% of the time now. And living in AZ it is a pain while it summer time.

Check possible rear temp/blend door actuator.

Possible heater control valve not cutting off hot coolant going to rear heater core... . IF not equipped, one can be installed so you can manually cut off the flow of hot coolant to the rear hvac unit!!... just something i have done that did work....
