Symptoms are indicative of flat spot on tire from sitting overnight.. You didn’t elaborate on problem being present before new tires were installed or not. Cooler ambient temperatures overnight will make this problem more pronounced - warm up during daytime and problem literally disappears upon next trip. Road Force balancing may reveal problematic tire. Good luck !
An option to consider is leaving vehicle at local auto repair facility overnight so an experienced mechanic can test drive next morning.. The practical experience of a seasoned mechanic applied *hands-on* is an invaluable diagnostic tool.. Here online - we do not have the *hands-on* option.
