I work on them all the time but exact spot? Remove the top engine cover, it's on the fuel rail, very obvious. Looks like a tire valve stem cap. Schrader valve just like a valve stem.
I have looked is the valve on the drivers side or passenger side of the engine, sorry but i have not been told where this valve is before as pushrod said, maybe some one else but not me. I do not mean to be ugly but i truly have not had this question answered.
I think it's on the left side close to the fuel pressure sensor. Will be close to one tomorrow. Have to go with misses to Black Friday now. Go Cowboys.
Sorry, my bad, I think the one i was thinking about was a 2003. This valve is on the drivers side about center of the engine with a black plastic cap on it, you need a test gauge to check the psi. Well i just checked and that 03 was your other car i guess!
the,03 is the other car my bad, mine is an ,04 and I was told that after 2003 they did away with the schrader valve and i had to do something else to check pressure. I did remove intake hose off of throttle body and sprayed a mist of gasoline in it, the car would run as long as fuel was there. Guess i will replace fuel pump today. Thanks again P.S. hope my guess is correct.
Did you check that inertia switch like we suggested? If so then you can feel assured the pump is defective! Now bare in mind this is not a diy project but if you are equipped to handle it then go for it! How much gas is in the tank? Be careful!!
'WE' have already told this one how to check this out!!
OK, good job. My Hero. LOL
Well hey you know, Just so much we can do. Check it out!
