What is your question?
For the most part the transmission works good except when the light turns green I have to pump the gas a few times until it goes into gear. Occasionally like 20% of the time it slips a little in passing gear if I accelerate to hard but 80% of the time the passing gear works fine. I am a taxi driver so it is very annoying and embarrassing because I drive a lot. I just had this transmission installed 60 days ago and supposedly it had 75,000 on it out of an old police car. The fluid was very clear when I got it and still is.

Since you stated fluid is clean, it's likely it was changed and the filter replaced... Possible transmission filter, pick-up tube isn't seated/sealing property and trans pump is loosing pressure, especially at idle...that would disengage drive.. until rpm increased!
If the fluid is full and it still slips then you got internal trans issues.
Check the transmission fluid and see if it's red or black, and smell it to see if it smells burnt? After doing this , let me know the results.
I think your answers are best. I don't think anyone in OKC OK does computer diagnostics on trannys but I will check the filter seating a couple more intelligent than average passengers have suggested checking the filter and pump. Thankyou Master, I will let you know when I find time.
