My ac cuts in and out. Compressor is new, system is charged and pressures are ok

your hot water control valve is not closing. In the a.m. the coolant is cool, 10 min. later the coolant is hot. Now the a/c is canceled out by the heater core. To verify this, clamp off one of the heater hoses... if a/c works then hot water is entering the cabin when it shouldn't.
