What is your question?
Ac is cold in the morning until I get about 10 miles down the road. The ride home is hopeless. It's seems to be affected by the temp of the engine and the temp outside.

your hot water control valve is not closing. In the a.m. the coolant is cool, 10 min. later the coolant is hot. Now the a/c is canceled out by the heater core. To verify this, clamp off one of the heater hoses... if a/c works then hot water is entering the cabin when it shouldn't.

Thanks, I will check it. But where is the valve located at. I've searched to repair manual and the internet and can't come up with a good answer or diagram.
