it is a bulb,part#9007.dual element bulb.hi beam and low beam in sane bulb.2 for $20.00 at local part house.you can do it yourself.remove old bulb from back of light,under hood,unscrew retainer nut,unplug connector,remove bulb,install new bulb.5 minutes if that.
