When I changed my oil it smelled like gas? Why?

Remove vacuum hose from fuel pressure regulator and check for raw fuel in hose, replace regulator if fuel present!! ... Keep in mind it is a gasoline engine and all used crankcase oil will have hint of gas smell.. However oil level and gas smell should NOT be excessive !
