Defrost wont switch to floor or dash.

There 'IS' a vacuum leak under the hood causing this problem!! Look around for it, broken hose etc..look at hose diagram under hood... Also look for a metal canister that looks a bit like a pork and bean can or a black plastic ball...that might be leaking vac..... maybe get someone to help out hands-on..
