Suspect fuel pressure regulator/injector issue .. Turn engine off and pull vacuum line from regulator.. Check for presents of ANY gas at all .. If gas present, replace regulator .. Check engine oil for gas contamination..see if over-full.. Possible MAP sensor.. Proper scanner needed for testing... This is NOT for the average diy'er!!
thanks I was suspecting over pressure at the injectors. still trying to find the mapp sensor
It's not an over-pressure issue.. Diaphragm ruptured in regulator... MAP is over at heater box.. Look at vacuum line routing diagram under hood should show vac line to MAP... Suggest scan test!!
