Where is the thermostat located? tips pls

ok, wasn't the thermostat, replaced it, no change. So, water pump or blocked radiator? I hope water pump. The water is not circulalating for some reason. No squeals from the pump, though. Could it still be the pump? Is there a way to test the rad and/or pump?
