how to change fuel filter

Yep,fuel filter is in the tank, not a regular service item according to the workshop manual.

I do not believe there is a servicable fuel filter on this car. I think the filter is built into the pressure regulator inside the gas tank

NAPA does not list a fuel filter this means the filter is placed inside the fuel tank .....GM and Dodge have both done this in select cars and trucks

You don't. You have to replace the whole fuel pump because the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump assembly. What is making you think the fuel filter needs to be changed? I thought my fuel filter needed to be changed, but it was something else that was causing the problem.
