My timing belt flew off I think while going down highway. The motor stopped . I'm curious if this engine is a interference or not cause I'm hearing it us and then I heard it's not ? Plz help

Obviously 2.4 L 4 cylinder. Interference engine - - proper testing will determine if damage has occurred.
