What does it mean when a car sputters and jerks inconsistency and most starting around corners or a hill?

The car is a manual. Recently it has had its clutch, fly wheel, spark plugs, spark plug wires, coils, and Throttle position sensor replaced. The check engine light isn't on. The car jerks and sputters usually when put into 2nd and 3rd hear and only rarely a little bit in 1st, 4th and 5th. I have no idea what else could make a car do this. Can anybody else help?
