What is your question?
The noise started in the back. The car would squeak over bumps and you felt every bump you hit. I bought new back struts and the issues was resolved. Then the squeaking came back but to the front end of the car. I was told the struts on the front were bad. I bought new ones and had them put on. And there wasn't a noise for a couple days and it came right back and is getting worse it squeaks mostly when I turn my wheel to the left it didn't squeak when turned to the right but now has started, it squeaks a little when I brake, and when I first start accelerating. I feel like it makes more noise the slower I am going.
What makes this problem better or worse?
When it rains its not as squeaky.
How long has your 2002 Dodge Stratus had this problem?
On and off for months more on then off

You have to realize this can’t be diagnosed online .. *Hands-on* inspection / evaluation is required. The best route to take is have repair facility hoist vehicle on a drive on lift so this can be evaluated while vehicle is being bounced. Another option is connecting a device called > chassis ear.. Mysterious suspension noises are extremely difficult to pinpoint due to the fact vehicle must be in motion for thus concern to occur. We can’t offer any diy repair assistance - none exist. Good luck!
