What Causes no power to ODB CONNECTION

"Many years" means nothing any more! Now they want kids to be 'master techs' within 2 years of starting training! Book smarts is fine , but it cant beat the knowledge that comes only with time!!

Yep, worked with a greenhorn "Technician" once that had patches and badges all over his shirt ... Didn't know how to use a screwdriver, but he had passed all kinds of 'written' test that implied he could walk on water, when it came to auto repair! .. Oh he talked a good game but couldn't play a lick.
