Why do I have 2 dead cynlinders in my 91 spirit engine and how would I fix this

If compression low and equal on 1&2 then most likely head gasket blown between these cyls. What have you tested?

You need to find out if it is lack of compression, fuel or spark related. If you don't have the tools or knowledge to do that, then you should bring to a repair shop.
