did you re-charge the dead battery with a battery charger before installing the new alternator?what switch? what solenoid?why did the NEW alternator fry? battery cables were hooked up backwards?
Elaborate more on what exactly the car was doing.
I heard some kind of knocking so I opened the good and there where sparks shooting out of the alternator! I was at a parking and ride so I drove it like 30 miles got it home replaced alternator when I went to take it for a test drive I put it in gear and it started bogging itself out I pulled the code and I did some research and found that the control solenoid A or the control solenoid A switch would be causing the issues so I changed those and the problem still accured so she sat for the winter started her up and found that the new alternator was junk
Sounds like you have a wiring problem without charging system. Check your fuses and relay. They might be too much current going thru the circuit.
checked fuses and relays they were all fine checked plugs made sure no connections were burnt I'm stumped man!!!!
Is the check engine light on?
