What is your question?
Battery reads 13.8 volts, alternator reads 14.6 volts. Starter?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Started out as intermittant problem as slow cranking. Now wont turn over more than one revolution of crank.
How long has your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 had this problem?
Started several weeks ago.

Battery VOLTAGE testing is unreliable - load testing along with specific gravity readings using a hydrometer is the only true way to test a led acid battery. I realize that most DIYer's do not have such testing equipment .. I suspect a failed battery - OR - poor battery cable connections TO the battery post. Jump starting is utilizing the *outer portion* of the battery cable clamps.
What is the battery voltage while cranking ? If less than 9.6 volts either the battery is junk or the starter is pulling too many amps.
IF the starter motor was the culprit - jump starting wouldn’t help!
Can hook up ‘10’ fully charged batteries in parallel and you still have only 12 *VOLTS* Throughly clean cables and battery post .. Beyond that recommend seeking *hands-on* help from qualified personnel.. Good luck!
