i checked fuse for fuel pump and it good. sprayed some carb cleaner still nothing. any suggestions

if the engine did not turn/spin,then fuel won't help you,as you stated"won't turn over"
Please refer to our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service and let us know why you think the question you've reported may violate these guidelines..
Engine "won't turn over" tell me the battery is dead .. Try jump start..... 'No START' > 'CRANKS ok' .. suspect NO ignition spark or fuel delivery.
