Low heat output

IF engine temperature gauge reading is normal when engine has fully warmed up (?) - That is indicative of poor coolant flow through the heater core .. Turning fan on a higher speed rapidly cools the heater core off! Possible low coolant level - engine thermostat malfunction or heater core restriction.. Hands-on testing by qualified personnel should reveal the problem.
