Would a bad serpentine belt cause bogging and rough driving when gas is applied?

When I purchased my used Nitro, it had a bad tensioner arm.Problem is, I purchased it from a Nissan dealership that apparently doesn't know anything about Dodge! So they first messed around with the belts because they didn't want to lesson to me. Then after the belt blew apart and my truck had to be towed in to their dealership, they finally looked at the tensioner. They replaced it in March. Now that it's the summer months and I have had to turn on my air conditioner, the belt squeals like crazy. But then today, as I was driving down the road, my truck felt like it was bogging, so to speak. At first I thought that maybe it was the road, but when I applied the gas, it was really bad. It reminds me of when you need to replace plugs & wires (kinda). When I come to a stop, it kind of spits and has a rough idle, but it hasn't stalled. What the heck is going on with my truck?!?!!
