Power door lock/unlock stopped working.

I only have lock and unlock and panic buttons. They said the key fob isn't sending a signal to my truck. Everything was working until the dealership replaced the inside door handle, wiper recall and fuel back wash thing.

i dont know.if it was working when you took it to them,and now it is not working,what does that tell you?maybe they unhooked something.look in your manual,and see if it tells you anything about reprogramming,or programming.if your sure the battery is good in the fob.

stevieray, I did think that maybe they forgot to reconnect something but they just insisted it was the key fob! I am taking it to another Dodge dealer in the morning.

No, they didn't but we will see what the other dealer says. If it is their fault, I will let their manager know!

The other Dodge dealer opened up the key fob and the inside was broken in 4 pieces. I called the dealership that did the work on my truck and they said key fobs break all the time and they won't help with the cost of replacing it. They want almost $250 for a new one. I bought an uncut, unprogrammed key and remote on the internet for $22~the exact same one the dealership wants almost $180! I will take it to the other dealer and they will cut and program it for around $80. Beats paying $250!!!
