the car keeps flooding out when I change spark plugs it starts and runs fine

'Nobody' can say for sure what the fix will be .. There should be codes stored since it's actually fuel fouling the spark plugs .. This requires a full professional scan test including live fuel trim data view and fuel pressure testing to determine the cause and find a proven solution... This is usually the least expensive route to take as opposed to guessing at it and installing parts unnecessarily... I really do wish I could tell you exactly what the problem is!!
