I replaced the camshaft sensor and still getting the same code car wont start

Check timing belt alignment.

Take came shaft censer off and make sure its clean(no oil on it) if so clean it put back on and try it

I had the same issue with my 2002 Dodge Neon...I replaced the Camshaft position sensor, plugs, wires, and coil pack. Replacing the Crankshaft position sensor took care of the problem...if the crank sensor is bad it wont allow the fuel pump, and coil to work.
