Leaking what appears to be brake fluid from left rear wheel area..what could be causing leak?

At first it was a minor dripping now it is a rather substantial leak. The brakes seem lower and spungy and the reservoir(master cyliner)seems to be holding fluid. Vehicle is a 2008 Dodge Magnum SE

Are you saying the master cylinder is still full of brake fluid without adding additional fluid ?
