What is your question?

My car is an 07 magnum when the car is in park the speedometer is at 60mph and when driving it it Reads at 120 but I am only doing 30 miles an hour before limp mode any idea what it could be any help would be appreciated

Suspect speedometer itself has failed - easily test using a professional quality scan tool. EASILY TESTED!

Did a test on the speedometer and it all tested fine no codes are popping up with a scanner

Does scanner live data mph readings match the speedometer reading during test drive?? Does your scan tool have instrument cluster scan capability? Do you have a ‘professional quality’ scanner - not a code reader - a real SCANNER ?
