This is a cam sensor code, so about $100 for the sensor and about 1/2 hour of labor, so figure 150.

Call me the idiot here , but P0420& P0430 are left and right bank catalyst below efficiency codes ?NO? did the $150.00 cam sensor fix it? didn't see a reply from mars870. curious.....
