Likely caused by loose or partially detached component around the grill (front end) - windshield or cowl area - usually very difficult to locate even for a seasoned technician. However a professional will have a much better chance of locating the problem as there are certain procedures that need to be followed and are not suggested for the DIYer - first and foremost is to determine if RAM AIR is what triggers this noise - this requires knowledge that’s gained through years of *hands-on* experience. Good luck with it!
