my journey 2016 crossroad had a loud fan motor in the rear heating unit. i was told it was replaced, 3 months later the noise is back, AC not blowing like it should, i brought it in, they said the cabin filter was plugged with dirt. and that the rear heater was so dirty thats why it is making noise. 13000 miles on this car, one mile of gravel to drive a day. really how can this be. and I have to pay to have it cleaned $250.00 , it is crap !!! any one eles having similar issues ???????
