Car shakes at any speed even after having tires balanced

It shakes the faster I go no matter if uphill or on flat highway

Unless you can get EXTREMELY specific , about the conditions and their relation to the vibration, online 'guesses' won't help. --HOW OR WHAT do you do , that affects (in any way) the speed/frequency of the vibration you are feeling? You say it happens at any speed, but you don't specify HOW it is affected by the CHANGE in speed. Is it affected by engine speed? Does keeping the transmission in low gear have any affect?? If none of these questions make sense, I strongly suggest that you have a local professional go for a TEST DRIVE ***WITH YOU*** to verify the exact symptom/noise/vibration you have. Just in case it's a safety item like a failing wheel bearing.
