What is your question?
Mainly at 80-100kms/hr but also at low speeds.if I gun it it overrides it until it comes back down .seems to happen when at a steady speed whether hot or cold but worse as it gets hotter.Pulling away from stop or needing more power doesn't seem to be problem..very noticeable it's like a small jerking or shudder. Otherwise truck runs fine..no light on dash and I have obd2 scanner and it has no stored codes

What you have posted are classic symptoms of a failing ignition coil .. There is one on top of each spark plug (COP) .. Coil on plug ignition .. Intermittent failures may not set a specific trouble code for misfire .. At that mileage, recommend replacing spark plugs and coils at same time... Also recommend having mechanic - car savvy friend - test drive to confirm my suspicion... Intermittent ignition coil failure (misfire) sure seems to be the problem here!
Yes I was also wondering about that too .I have experience of knowledge from past vehicles .dodges characteristics seem almost similar ..i will investigate this .....thank you
