What is your question?
I bought my car at 81000 with the horn problems. The dealer tried telling me there was nothing wrong with it. My brother is a mechanic but hasn't worked on new cars. He hears the clicking as it was a relay but we can't find it. We took every relay out of the fuse box under the hood and it was still working!!!! Can someone please help me?

Your horn relay is located in your T.I.P.M. (Totally Integrated Power Module). This is located UNDER your fuse box. In order to access it you would need to unclip your fuse box and then remove ALL fuses from the box to access the circuit board that your relays are soldered on. This is a common issue with 2004 - 2014 Dodge vehicles. You may also be experiencing issues with your door locks, windows, wipers, and fuel pump (which drains the battery or can shut off while driving). It's all due to defective relays which are not easily accessed. The dealer wants over $1000 to replace your TIPM and even then you may still be getting the same defective relays if it is a OEM part. There is a gentleman on line that will sell you a rebuilt TIPM for about $300, but then you will need to have someone install it (though it is relatively simple to do), or lastly you can order the relays yourself for about $5 each and do your own desoldering and soldering. Naturally that is the hardest but most rewarding and cheapest way to fix the issues. That is what I did to my Journey and it took me about 2 1/2 hours but saved me hundreds of dollars.
I also have an alarm that doesn't work and the 2 driver side doors do not engage the interior lights.
Hello. I have the same problem. Call 800 992 1997 and file a complaint with Chrysler. I spoke to a women named Elizabeth and she said there hasn't been any complaints filed for this issue. The more people we get to call and complain, hopefully they will recall it. Have your vin number and mileage available when you call. Good luck.
I no the fuses for the horns by heart but thanks. The horn is sounding. That's the problem lol. The thing is we took out all the relays because it's not labeled horn relay and it was still working?
Random - unintended horn activation .. Suspect > Horn pad .. Clock spring .. Can remove and disconnect horn pad - *AIR BAG*. (if familiar with proceedure) to see IF that keeps horn from sounding... Relay is simply responding to failing horn pad/switch! .. That's my story and I sticking to it!
