EACH applicable accessory that protected by the M3 fuse circuit will have be tested individually - disconnected - then re-check for amperage drain.

This is the only way you will find the battery drain - PROVIDED you are testing the CORRECT fuse and related circuits. Have a look at the video posted in other answer so you’ll know exactly how it’s done. Otherwise you’ll just be spinning your wheels!
