What is your question?
When starting 2009 Dodge Journey v-6, the engine started, ran very rough for a few seconds and then the engine stalled. At this point, when you turn the ignition key nothing happens. Had to have the car towed. I tried to check problem codes using my OBD2 to check engine code problems this is what it showed. NO POWERTRAIN DTCS OR FREEZE IS PRESENTLY STORED IN THE VEHICLES COMPUTER. WHAT DOES THE MEAN?
How long has your 2009 Dodge Journey had this problem?
The Dodge dealership replaced the cars computer 12/2018. The cars powertrain has not worked properly since the repair was done.
Freeze frame data is stored along with DTCS - it’s for viewing data parameters when the failure occurred. The problem you’re having with the vehicle has not set any codes - thus no freeze frame data. A *professional quality scanner* is much more sophisticated and is recommended for diagnosis. This is likely going to require professional **hands-on** evaluation. â–ªï¸https://repairpal.com/repair-shopsâ–ªï¸
