My 2011 Dodge Durango won't start when I try to start it it clicks and all the lites flicker and the wind shield wipers go on and it has an egg smell by the battery. Got the battery tested and they said it's good
What makes this problem better or worse?

If it's original and leaking at all you need a new battery. It's also possible it's being overcharged by a bad alternator. There have many a seasoned technician fooled by the results of battery testing - simply because it is not performed properly nor completely!
Not to mention the sales personnel at some parts store.. Just so ya know.
